Carly Kellogg Knowles, MS, RDN, LD
Carly has been cooking since she was a little girl in her playhouse kitchen. Her love for food and her skills in the kitchen have developed into a career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (R.D.N.). She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition/Didactic Program in Dietetics degree from Bastyr University, and currently works as a clinical and culinary dietitian at a local hospital where she teaches cooking classes to various patient populations.
Currently, Carly is writing a nutrition + cookbook for Roost Books due out in 2020. She creates recipes that focus on nutritious seasonal whole foods to nourish good health and bring joy.
She lives in Portland, Oregon with her beloved husband and devoted recipe-tester.
