Our podcast is all about inspiring and supporting busy, health-conscious moms in their 40s and 50s so they can feel good in their bodies, have the energy to pursue their passions, and deepen the love they have for themselves, so they can continue to give to others without sacrificing their health. This isn't just a passion of ours; it's our mission. 

We believe in the power of holistic nutrition and mindful eating to nourish not only our bodies but also our minds and souls. Our mission centers around the idea that when a woman is adequately nourished and fueled, she can care for herself better, find more time and energy for self-awareness and self-actualization, and more time for healing... She can pursue more of her passions in life and her career, find more balance and equitability in her relationships, and dang... what else then might be possible for her?!

We see whole foods nutrition as a way to elevate women, helping them reclaim their time and energy while fortifying their bodies and minds from within. 

It's all about finding balance in meals and how nutrition plays a pivotal role in overall well-being. We agree that by prioritizing self-care through mindful eating, busy moms can become more present and connected with their bodies, children, and partners, and even more connected in their lives.
