Introducing Soul Sessions
Together, in Soul Sessions, we call in deep transformation and the strength to find your Radiant Knowing by using the healing modality of Soul Realignment.
Soul Realignment uncovers your soul level gifts and the karmic patterns that are blocking you from achieving your current intentions. It’s the practical application of taking new action in your daily life that’s aligned and supports transformation.
It is a practice or exercise of bringing awareness to your highest self and highest health. You may eventually arrive to this place on your own naturally, but with this tool, you’ll have the opportunity to shortcut that work and arrive in your Radiant Knowing more readily and with more ease.

We’re two integrative nutritionists, health coaches, mamas, and friends on a mission to support busy women holistically, so they can increase their energy, manage their weight, and build resilience to stress.
Why? Because we think women are incredible and incredibly under-supported, and ages 35-60 are some of the hardest years with some of life’s biggest challenges.
