Carrot Cake Overnight Oats for the Whole Family

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix (or whisk) together the yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and fully incorporated.
  2. Next, add all the remaining ingredients and stir together until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture between glass storage jars with lids and store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. Remove one serving at a time from the refrigerator and eat cold or heat slightly before enjoying. Add more milk if you want a looser texture. Store leftovers in airtight jars with lids in the fridge for 3-4 days.
