Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, and honey (optional). You can also whisk the ingredients together to give the dip a lighter and fluffier texture.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, and serve it with sliced apples for a healthy and satisfying snack.
